Complete Transaction Management – Does the tool manage every step of the warehousing processes (ie. receiving, purchase order and sales order tracking, order picking, shipping, and so on)?
Handle Multiple Business Channels – Can the tool handle direct-to-customer, ecommerce, retail, and wholesale?
Reporting and analytics – Are the reporting tools robust, customizable, flexible, and visually appealing? Can they be exported into different, popular files types for review?
Integrations: Is it easy to connect with other tools like your retail operations platform and CRMs? Any pre-built integrations? Will it integrate with any existing supply chain management tools, enterprise resource planning tools, or transportation management systems you have in place?
Value for $: How appropriate is the price for the features, capabilities, and use case? Is pricing clear, transparent, and flexible?

This software was easy to implement and quick to get up-and-running. Mobe3 WMS has a good training structure and an interface that is easy to figure out and navigate. They scored highly on the usability section of the evaluation.
This tool is flexible and configurable and can integrate with your ERP as well as other systems like TMS, MES, weigh scales, and robots like Slack.
One con for the software was noted was that there were a few issues with compatibility with previous iOS versions and other older smart devices.

SphereWMS’ warehouse management software allows you to gain control, efficiency, and visibility over your warehouse operations with wireless barcode scanning, real-time web visibility and reports, flexible customization, and an iPhone/iPod app.

One con is a lack of, or subpar versions of, reporting and statistics tools. This software is lacking in real-time reporting as well as data import/export.

Odoo is a series of warehouse and sales solutions divided into a family of apps that cover websites, sales, operations, and productivity tools. Their warehouse management software uses order points and automated RFQs for automated replenishment of your supply chain.
This software allows for the free use of 1 of their applications and a modest cost for the addition of another. If you find that you can make do with 1 or 2 of their tools, this is easily the most budget-friendly option on this list, so they scored well in Value for Cost.
Third-party integrations can be connected through Zapier. However, Odoo offers a full suite of software and various first-party apps of their own so external plug-ins are not highlighted on their site.
The lack of third-party integration options might be cumbersome to some users who are looking to incorporate their day-to-day project management tools into this software. Customization can be cumbersome.
Odoo starts at $24/user/month and has a free basic plan for 1 app.
One of the things SkuVault excels at is the sheer number of ready-to-go integrations they have available with their system, a selection of which is listed below. Thus, they scored highly in the integrations section of the evaluation.

The program is very robust and has many capabilities for advanced users to suss out if so inclined. The UI has improved version-to-version, getting more modern and intuitive with ongoing fixes.
HighJump integrates with all major ERP publishers and also provides custom integration services for legacy and custom-built ERP systems. Examples include Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics GP/AX/NAV/SL, NetSuite, Sage, SAP Business One, SAP R/3, Oracle ERP, and more.
Highjump has a bit of a steep learning curve, especially when you dive deeper into the software. They lost a few marks in usability because of this; however, it will mostly be something that affects the administrators, not day-to-day users.
Blue Link ERP is an all-in-one solution designed for small to medium-size businesses, primarily wholesalers and distributors. As a fully integrated system, Blue Link ERP provides functionality for managing inventory, accounting, order entry and processing, and warehouse management.
This tool has an organized and sensible interface, with details and images clearly laid out for readability and accessibility. It has a familiar UI that any level of user experience can master. Thus, it scored well in the UX evaluation consideration.
Blue Link ERP outlines that it integrates with tablets and barcode scanning devices, common carriers, and rate shopping applications; however, their website didn’t name which individual third-party applications were covered by this.
For the onboarding process, they actually provide in-person consulting, implementation, training and support services all provided by their team of in-house experts. This is available to all customers.

Manhattan’s WCS order streaming optimizes fulfillment and throughput for both WAVE and WAVELESS order fulfillment simultaneously in a single platform. Streamline receiving and shipping to facilitate cross-docking and expedite back-ordered products.
Manhattan’s WCS does a few things really well, like offering a dedicated WMS team that can write your scripting from SQL Server. Additionally, the environment was easy to learn and get the hang of.
Manhattan WMS didn’t list any integrations on their site.
A lack of stated integrations or offered connections through a marketplace is a huge downfall for this software. Thus, they lost some marks in the Integrations section of the evaluation.
Manhattan starts at $1000 for a SaaS license and $2000 for on-premise.
